Free Local pick up available in Ogden, UT

Free Meet up/ Pick up available for Salt Lake City areas. Stipulations apply. Please message OTMH for details.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You should receive an email stating anything otherwise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Over the moon home is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages after they are dropped off at USPS. We highly recommend keeping your tracking number until delivery is confirmed.

All Items are properly handled and packaged accordingly with care before they are shipped out. If for some reason your package arrives broken, you can file an insurance claim with USPS within 60 days from mailing date. It is your responsibility to contact USPS to ensure the right steps are taken. Must have original receipts and packaging. Must provide proof of damage.

Packaging will be as sustainable as possible but overall properly packing fragile items is priority to ensure your order arrives to you safely. 

Keep in mind, some items will have flaws and ware given that they are secondhand and vintage.  We will do our best to point out anything significant in point of sale photos and descriptions.

 

** REFUNDS/RETURNS**

 

Because the nature of vintage reselling all sales are final, non-refundable and non-returnable.

Rewards, discounts and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please let us know if your package arrives damaged or is lost/stolen. We will help in any way possible to resolve the issue.
